Swift Networks Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to start their career in customer service and retention. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for retaining existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Must have a 2:1 (Upper Credit) Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
