Swift Networks Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Retention Specialist (Fresh Graduate) to join it’s team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about customer service, sales, and relationship management. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and improving retention rates for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts, ensuring swift resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive retention.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools and generate reports on customer feedback and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- Must have a 2:1 (Upper Credit) Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate / entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in sales and marketing software such as CRM, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
