Salary: ₦171,000 (net)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Business-to-Business) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  2. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent support and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  5. Regularly engage with decision-makers to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands industries.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a medical-related field is an advantage).
  • Must be presentable, articulate, and able to take initiative.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially with business decision-makers.
