Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have an interest in beauty and skincare? A Customer Service Officer is needed to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and ensure they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Provide detailed information about beauty and skincare products to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, track shipments, and assist with returns or exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
