Job Overview
A dedicated Customer Service Officer is needed to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in shifts, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.
Requirements
- Must reside in Ibadan, preferably near Jericho.
- Age between 20 and 25 years.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including rotational day and night shifts.
- First Degree or equivalent.
