Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000 per month

Job Description:
A reputable company is seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Officer (Onsite) in Benin and Port Harcourt. This position involves managing customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at using customer service tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels.
- Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Benin or Port Harcourt.
