Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Welcome customers professionally, respond to enquiries, and provide timely support.
Cash Handling: Execute deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, and other financial transactions with accuracy.
Transaction Support: Manage daily banking operations such as checking balances, processing loan repayments, and cashing cheques.
Product Awareness: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Compliance & Security: Follow all banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and security procedures to ensure data protection and fraud prevention.
Documentation: Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the close of business.
Qualifications
NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector
Strong analytical, numerical, and data entry skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities
High integrity, attention to detail, and professional conduct
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle a large volume of transactions
Proficiency in banking applications and general office software
