Job Overview
A reputable organization is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing roles and a solid understanding of the medical sales industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients.
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process documentation efficiently.
- Support sales and administrative teams with client follow-ups and coordination.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or administration is an advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
- Prior experience in a customer service or front-desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer use and customer service software.
