Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 (Net)
A reputable organization in Abuja is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be personable, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and at least one indigenous language.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely and professional solutions to customer issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc or HND in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Nigerian indigenous language.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital tools effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities.
