Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product/service information and updates to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
