Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
