Salary: NGN 400,000 – 600,000 + Commission
A fast-growing company is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to support its operations remotely in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Resolve complaints and issues related to orders or services
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist with purchases
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using online communication tools and CRM systems
