Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 per month
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel: International travel required
Language Requirement: Fluency in both French and English

Introduction:
A top SaaS provider supporting route-to-market transformation for leading global consumer brands is currently hiring a Customer Success Consultant. The role offers a chance to work with a cross-functional international team and make a direct impact on enterprise customer success and global product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships across international markets and ensure client satisfaction
  • Deliver tailored product training sessions to stakeholders in both French and English
  • Provide high-level technical support and manage critical client escalations
  • Analyze usage metrics and provide strategic input for product feature improvements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both French and English
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must hold a valid international passport
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
