About the Role
A leading fraud and compliance platform for financial institutions and fintech, is hiring a Customer Success Lead to manage customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure compliance success. You’ll help customers adopt the platform, optimize their workflows, and expand their usage over time.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through onboarding and provide compliance training.
- Customer Retention: Conduct regular check-ins, monitor usage, and prevent churn.
- Expansion & Upselling: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales.
- Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback, recommend improvements, and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Compliance Advisory.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, financial institutions, or compliance solutions.
- Knowledge of AML, fraud prevention, and financial compliance.
- Familiarity with CBN, FATF, and GIABA compliance frameworks.
