A growing company in Lagos is seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen its customer engagement and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, cross-functional team collaboration, and post-sales support. This role involves working closely with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client onboarding, support, and ongoing account management.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for account growth or issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Create and deliver regular performance reports, customer feedback, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
