Job Description

Boomerangme is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support agencies in successfully adopting its solutions and closing their first sales. This role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding, technical setup, and sales enablement to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and successful adoption of the platform.
  • Assist with technical configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor clients to complete their first sales and demonstrate conversion strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support through calls, live sessions, and real-time communication.
  • Monitor customer performance metrics and maintain regular contact to drive retention.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer success, client activation, or onboarding.
  • Strong background in supporting and implementing third-party integrations (API, webhooks, etc.).
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to mentor clients in deal closing.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, and other online collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to cover at least part of U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRMs such as GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Spanish fluency at C1/C2 level.

Job Details:

  • Full-time, fully remote position.
  • Compensation includes a fixed base plus performance-based bonuses (to be discussed with shortlisted candidates).
