Job Description
A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term value realization. This role focuses on building strong relationships, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth and product expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding sessions, define success milestones, and ensure smooth adoption of SDKs, APIs, and workflow tools.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers through check-ins, workshops, and business reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, and Engineering—to advocate for customer needs, support technical escalations, and influence product development.
- Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and expansion opportunities, ensuring subscription renewals and business growth.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to help refine the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a customer success, solutions engineering, or similar technical role at a developer-focused company.
- Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and document or workflow technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset with experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proven track record in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.
- Technical proficiency (JavaScript, REST APIs, or cloud infrastructure) is an advantage.
