Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Support Lead to oversee and enhance customer service operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a solid background in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or supply chain sectors, and a proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, processes, and KPIs.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations, from conversion to fulfillment.
  5. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or supply chain.
  • At least 2 years of team management experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce management tools and customer service software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
