Pay: ₦300k – ₦350k per month
A Customer Support Representative (Technical Support) is needed to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with provided solutions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn about new products.
