Are you an experienced Customer Support Representative with a background in the travel industry? A proactive and customer-focused individual to is needed join a team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service while navigating the dynamic world of travel and tourism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests promptly via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information on travel products, bookings, and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize CRM tools and travel systems like Amadeus or Sabre to manage customer interactions and bookings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in customer support, specifically in the travel industry (only qualified candidates with this experience will be contacted).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Familiarity with travel systems such as Amadeus or Sabre; knowledge of African tourism is a plus.
