DataMax Registrars Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support / Solutions Officer to provide excellent support and solutions to clients, ensuring seamless operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the Capital Market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage client records and maintain organized documentation for easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
- BSc. in a related field; experience in the Capital Market is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with knowledge of customer service processes.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
