A reputable real estate services provider is seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Property Services to join their Resident Experience team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to homeowners, realtors, and builders through phone, email, and chat channels. It is well-suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic, customer-centered environments and are skilled in handling multiple communication streams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  • Document detailed notes in customer accounts after every engagement.
  • Route customer inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to enhance service delivery and platform knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, especially in high-volume call, email, and chat environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Freshworks Suite (Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller).
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to quickly assess customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Caliber and OneDrive.
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies and platforms.
  • Responsive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
