A leading Microsoft Partner and technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead. The role focuses on driving cybersecurity strategy, delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and providing trusted advisory to organizations across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity strategy and technology roadmap to enhance client security posture.
  • Deliver enterprise-level solutions across network, cloud, IAM, SOC, and endpoint security.
  • Act as subject matter expert on frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations.
  • Support presales activities by designing solutions, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs.
  • Oversee incident response, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NDPR, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
  • Mentor cybersecurity teams and foster strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or consulting.
  • Strong background in IT consulting and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presales and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or ISO 27001.
  • OEM certifications including Microsoft, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, or AWS Security are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of network, cloud, IAM, SIEM, endpoint security, and threat intelligence.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
