Job Description

An established organization in Abuja is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to oversee strategy, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires hands-on HR expertise with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives and employment regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee integration and cultural alignment.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances, dispute resolution, disciplinary processes, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and performance metrics to management and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of core HR experience with proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
  • HR certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Drive, and Canva.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
