Job Description

Springrock Group is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the design, automation, and management of modern infrastructure and deployment systems. This role is focused on improving collaboration between development and operations teams while ensuring system scalability, reliability, and continuous availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage infrastructure and deployment tools
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
  • Integrate open-source technologies to support business and technical objectives
  • Manage source control processes, including branching and release strategies
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Cassandra
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Perl
  • Build, deploy, and support microservices and internal platforms
  • Monitor system performance, scalability, security, and uptime
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver projects successfully

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 4–5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a DevOps role
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency with Git, version control workflows, and command-line tools
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments
