Job Description

A reputable packaging company in Agbara is seeking a skilled Die Cut Operator (Mono Carton) with strong experience in high-quality monocarton production. The role requires excellent technical expertise, machine handling abilities, and a solid understanding of die-cutting operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die-cutting machines for monocarton packaging.
• Set up machinery, adjust settings, and perform quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and oversee routine servicing for optimal performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Die Cut Operator (Mono Carton).
• Previous work experience in any of the following companies is an added advantage: Shongahi Packaging, Studio Press, Breeze Industries, Crown-Pack.
• Strong understanding of die-cutting techniques, machine operations, and packaging production quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the production team.
