Job Description

A reputable company in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced and target-driven Diesel Sales Manager to oversee revenue growth within the diesel (AGO) business segment. The role is suited for a sales professional with strong B2B sales expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and close profitable business opportunities. Experience in diesel, fuel, or energy sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for bulk diesel (AGO) supply across industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support business strategy.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and account management activities.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer payments and ensure timely collections.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales within oil and gas, energy, FMCG, logistics, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
  • Experience in diesel or fuel sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial client acquisition strategies.
Salary

N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
