The Bio Fixer is an advertising brand dedicated to helping small business owners thrive with Facebook and Instagram ads. We’re looking for a Digital Content & Ads Manager who is passionate about marketing, content creation, and ad management. If you have a creative mindset and a strong grasp of social media advertising, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Ad & Email Campaign Management

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Research and test new growth strategies to boost engagement and conversions.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Write engaging scripts, captions, and social media content.
  • Edit and upload quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.
  • Collaborate with the in-house designer to create compelling visuals.

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Engage with our online community to build relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor audience insights and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
✔ Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns is a huge plus.
✔ Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management.
✔ Experience with Notion or other project management tools.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in content and campaign strategy.
