Tybitx Services International Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. This fully remote role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with proven experience in running successful digital campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and using data-driven insights to achieve measurable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified leads through strategic paid and organic marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing content, including ad copy, email campaigns, landing page content, and promotional materials.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
- Build and manage email marketing and SMS automation campaigns to nurture prospects and improve conversions.
- Collaborate remotely with designers, social media managers, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access and power supply.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
