A fast-growing e-commerce brand, TalentPop, is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support its marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in boosting online visibility, crafting compelling digital content, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic and engagement across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, editing, and scheduling email marketing content and newsletters to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Support on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic reach and improve search engine performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, discover trending topics, and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages to align with current promotions and product launches.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and provide insights for new digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content creation, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing techniques.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (minimum 15 Mbps; LAN connection preferred).
  • Personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
