Acumatica, a leading innovator in cloud ERP solutions for small and midsized businesses, is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital demand generation initiatives. This role focuses on paid advertising, paid social media, and webinar programs to drive measurable business results. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience managing B2B SaaS campaigns, and a passion for optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising and social media campaigns across platforms such as AdRoll ABM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and Spotify.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to ensure alignment with target KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data insights, audience trends, and market developments to maximize ROI.
- Manage an ongoing product overview webinar program, coordinating speakers, promotion, recordings, and reporting via On24.
- Oversee content syndication campaigns on platforms like BrightTALK and TechTarget, including monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising and paid social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with platforms including AdRoll ABM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, and Spotify Ads Manager.
- 1+ years of experience managing webinar programs on On24 or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar tools for audience segmentation and cross-channel performance tracking.
- Proven experience managing content syndication campaigns on BrightTALK, TechTarget, or similar channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from large datasets and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills for diverse audiences, including executives.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience coordinating multiple teams and agencies.
