Job Description

LemFi, a cross-border payment platform, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team remotely. This position focuses on building and managing influencer partnerships in Nigeria while expanding reach to diaspora communities in the UK, USA, and EU. The role also involves supporting creators through training initiatives, webinars, and community-building programs to strengthen LemFi’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships within Nigeria that connect to international audiences.
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including the LemFi Creators Summit in Lagos.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Host training sessions and webinars for creators on content strategy, diaspora audience growth, and monetization opportunities using LemFi.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer relations or digital engagement.
  • Established connections within Nigeria’s creator and influencer community.
  • Proven experience in organizing local activations and influencer marketing programs.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience hosting webinars.
