Medbury Medical Services, a part of the Medbury Healthcare Group, is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead its digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must be performance-driven with a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies, capable of executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across platforms including email, SMS, social media, paid search, and display ads
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and keyword rankings
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing dashboards
  • Coordinate content marketing efforts such as blogs, landing pages, and downloadable resources

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email and SMS automation tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, display ads, and content marketing
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage
