Job Description

A reputable FMCG/QSR brand in Lagos is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility, engagement, and business growth through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of digital channels, content creation, and performance optimization to strengthen the brand’s presence and support integrated marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across social media platforms, email, PPC, and websites.
  • Develop creative and SEO-friendly content including blogs, videos, and graphics that align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize social media and website performance to improve SEO ranking, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting), track performance, and report insights.
  • Coordinate virtual events and webinars to increase brand engagement and visibility.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare analytics reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support offline campaigns by creating digital assets that complement on-ground marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and tools relevant to performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and PPC.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in hosting or promoting online events is an advantage.
