Role Summary
A Digital Transformation Officer is currently needed to support digital innovation and strategic change across the organization. The role involves driving technology adoption, improving operations, and enhancing customer experiences to ensure digital relevance in an evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and deploy digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead transformation projects involving changes to processes, structure, and culture.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with leadership to ensure project success.
  • Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect digital infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital transformation roles within complex organizations.
  • Experience in the finance sector and strong understanding of industry-specific digital trends.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions A
  • rchitect, CISSP, or CDMP are an advantage.
  • A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
