A reputable and fast-growing financial technology company is seeking to hire a Direct Sales Executive in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have banking experience and a track record of selling financial products, particularly to high-net-worth individuals. This role offers a base salary with attractive commissions and long-term career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract high-end individual and retail clients for fixed deposit and treasury products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and submit performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial product sales
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Proven ability to onboard and manage high-profile clients
- Knowledge of deposit and treasury operations is essential
Benefits:
- Base salary of ₦70,000 per month
- Monthly performance-based commission between ₦50,000 and ₦150,000
- HMO available after confirmation (6 months)
