Locations: Surulere, Aguda, Costain, Yaba, Tejuosho, and Akoka – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦115,000 – ₦130,000 monthly + commission, HMO, pension, 13th-month bonus

A reputable organization is seeking to hire qualified and target-driven individuals for the role of Direct Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have experience in field sales and a passion for meeting sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and field marketing
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing
  • Must not be older than 35 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
