Location: Lekki, Lagos State
Salary: N1,500,000 gross monthly
A leading company in the media, marketing, telecommunications, or advertising sector is seeking a highly experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and drive organizational growth. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to optimize recruitment, talent development, and performance management across a complex organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
- Provide strategic input and guidance on recruitment processes, performance management, and talent development
- Collaborate effectively with senior executives to foster organizational growth and employee engagement
- Manage complex organizational structures, ensuring HR policies and initiatives support business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience working closely with senior management and executives on strategic HR matters
- Strong capability to navigate and manage complex organizational frameworks
- Prior experience in media, marketing, telecommunications, or advertising sectors is highly preferred
- Availability to join within a notice period of one to two months
