About the Role:
Reliance Health is looking for a skilled Director of Claims and Tariff Management to lead claims processing, tariff negotiation, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing claims management processes, reducing costs, and enhancing reimbursement cycles across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Reduction & Fast Reimbursement: Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs and speed up reimbursement cycles across all active markets.
- Claims Efficiency & Unpaid Claims Reduction: Optimize team productivity, reduce unpaid claims backlogs, and improve claims adjudication workflows.
- Automation & Claims Processing: Lead the automation of claims processing systems, enhancing accuracy, speed, and consistency.
- Prior Authorization: Improve the accuracy and turnaround time for complex prior authorization requests, ensuring timely access to healthcare services.
Requirements:
- MBBS or Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration or Business Management (Master’s level in Data Analysis or Business Administration preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in claims management and tariff negotiation within healthcare.
- Proven success in implementing process improvements to enhance claims efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and advanced tools.
- Expertise in automated claims processing systems and prior authorization workflows.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
