Job Description

A fast-growing brand support company is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful E-Commerce Administrative Assistant with strong online experience. This remote role involves a mix of administrative coordination, data reporting, and customer engagement—ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically skilled, and thrives in fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account managers with scheduling, inbox management, and administrative coordination
  • Track inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and coordinate restocks
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Engage with customers and community members through forums, comments, and direct messages
  • Extract and organize marketing and advertising performance data (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of online or remote work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (data organization, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Shopify, Asana, ClickUp, or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Reliable laptop/desktop (i5 processor or Mac equivalent), stable internet connection (15 Mbps minimum), and a dedicated workspace
