A growing company is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Associates to support its online operations in Lagos and Ibadan. This role involves managing product listings, assisting customers, and helping to drive online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Monitor order processing and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and promotions.
  • Generate basic performance reports and track KPIs.
