Description:
Mopheth Nigeria Limited is hiring an E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations of its online store. The successful candidate will play a key role in order fulfillment, inventory control, customer service, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure seamless e-commerce processes and sustained operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order fulfillment cycle, including processing, packaging, shipping, and tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels, initiate restocks, and perform regular stock audits.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain platform functionality and resolve technical issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across multiple channels.
  • Prepare performance and sales reports, analyzing data to improve workflow and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with delivery and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and customer service tools.
