Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the seamless functioning of our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce platforms, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies for growth.
- Develop and implement policies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of digital tools and campaigns.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in e-commerce.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
