Job Summary:
An FMCG company in Ibeju Lekki is hiring a results-driven and tech-savvy E-commerce & Social Media Associate to manage its digital platforms and drive online sales. This position is ideal for individuals with strong content creation skills, a good grasp of online customer engagement, and a proven ability to convert interactions into sales via platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List and manage products across e-commerce platforms including Jumia and Konga.
  • Create engaging product descriptions and upload high-quality visuals.
  • Use WhatsApp and Instagram to promote products, engage with leads, and convert interactions into sales.
  • Build and manage WhatsApp communities for customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor trends, suggest improvements, and support marketing campaigns with content updates and reposts.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in social media management or e-commerce (including internship experience).
  • Proficient in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and at least one major e-commerce platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
  • Experience in selling FMCG or consumer products online is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, Pidgin, or a local dialect.
