Job Description

Rite Foods Limited is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to drive online sales growth and strengthen digital brand presence across owned e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces. This role focuses on optimizing digital merchandising, managing marketplace partnerships, and improving conversion and revenue performance for FMCG products across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company-owned online stores and official brand storefronts on e-commerce marketplaces
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and digital merchandising activities
  • Ensure accuracy of product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability across platforms
  • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to improve traffic, conversion rate, and average basket size
  • Plan and manage online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activations
  • Manage relationships with online retailers, aggregators, and last-mile delivery partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and promotional placements with marketplace partners
  • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, order fulfillment time, and customer ratings
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience managing e-commerce or marketplace platforms within an FMCG environment
  • Proven experience in managing online sales performance and digital merchandising

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations and online merchandising best practices
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising
  • Understanding of online payment systems and logistics integrations
  • Commercial, result-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
