Job Description

An established retail pharmacy group is hiring an Employee Service Supervisor to oversee staff-related support services across its multiple pharmacy outlets. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a supportive work environment for pharmacists, technicians, and front-line staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new staff across various pharmacy branches
  • Address employee concerns regarding HR policies, leave, payroll, and benefits
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure accurate data management in HR systems
  • Coordinate employee benefits, monitor compliance with licensing requirements, and track attendance and leave trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in HR support or employee services, with at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare-related setting is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
