We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Tech Support fluent in both English and French to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with technical support and ensuring excellent service. Accommodation is provided, and the role requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and technical assistance in both English and French.
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND in any related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French (compulsory).
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Teams) and CRM software.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
