Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly

Mind Smith Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced English Literature / Art Teacher to join her remote teaching team. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing students’ appreciation of literature and art through innovative teaching methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver online lessons in English Literature and Art that cater to various learning styles and skill levels.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students’ work to support their academic growth.
- Utilize digital learning tools and platforms to create interactive and engaging classes.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong knowledge of literary theories, criticism, and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons for different ages and skill levels.
