Job Description

The Enterprise Architect, Operational Productivity role provides strategic architectural leadership across Supply Chain and Finance domains. This position ensures alignment between business strategy, operating models, and technology, while driving simplification, consistency, and long-term value across people, processes, applications, and data. The role blends enterprise-wide vision with hands-on delivery support to enable sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the enterprise architecture vision and strategy for Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Define, maintain, and govern target architectures and transition roadmaps guiding transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure architectural coherence and consistency across programs, products, platforms, and integrations.
  • Act as architectural authority on solution designs and key technology decisions, enforcing principles and standards.
  • Lead enterprise-level architectural thinking for Supply Chain and Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive simplification and rationalization of application and data landscapes to improve agility, resilience, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide architectural assurance and due diligence for major initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Agile and SAFe delivery teams to ensure architecture is actionable and supports effective execution.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a Senior Enterprise Architect role within complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate at enterprise and executive levels, influencing business and IT strategy.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Finance domains and end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong experience with SAP-based enterprise landscapes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with planning and supply chain solutions such as Anaplan and Blue Yonder.
  • Practical application of TOGAF (principles, target states, roadmaps, and governance).
  • Experience working in Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate architectural concepts for non-technical audiences.
