Job Description

A leading designer and distributor of decorative lighting and premium interior solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive large-scale B2B sales across Nigeria. The company delivers top-quality products spanning lighting, furniture, elevators, gym equipment, and renewable energy solutions, serving industries such as real estate, hospitality, education, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research target markets, analyze industry trends, and implement strategies to expand market share.
  • Build and manage relationships with developers, architects, and procurement decision-makers through both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maximizing deal value through cross-selling and solution bundling.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure project execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years proven experience in B2B or high-value project sales (construction, interiors, lighting, or related industries).
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale projects with strong profit margins.
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Prior experience working with real estate developers, architects, and project teams is highly advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car.
